Infrastructure Services Group LLC (ISG) is the holding company of companies in Vermont and Pennsylvania which perform a multitude of sewer pipe rehabilitation services. ISG will be acquiring additional companies across the east coast over the next several years which provide the same services. 

Mr. Rehab LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Truck Driver for our CIPP pipelining and sewer rehabilitation project operations to join a rapidly growing company. This position is responsible for the delivery of construction materials and/or equipment to and from various job-site locations and returning to company headquarters in Mechanicsburg, PA. Job-site locations vary but are mostly within Pennsylvania and Maryland. Primarily, this position includes driving our box trucks up to 26' and CDL Class A tractors and trailer. This is an on-call part-time truck driving job that is perfect for licensed CDL Class A drivers seeking supplemental income and looking to work anywhere from 0 to 20 hours per week based on business needs. This position requires a CDL Class A license with a haz-mat and tanker endorsement. Schedule will typically include one or two weekdays between the hours of 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, however exact hours and days will vary. This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and other designated safety requirements of the company.

This position works in accordance with policies, procedures, and the philosophy of Infrastructure Services Group LLC.

 

INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES GROUP LLC EXPECTATIONS OF ALL EMPLOYEES:

  • Facilitate open communication with employees, clients, and community partners. Attend and participate in meetings, work groups, team meetings, workshops, individual training, and training conferences and seminars when assigned.
  • Obtains a working knowledge of and comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, Personnel Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures, service plans and related policy and procedures.
  • Reports to work at scheduled times and maintains acceptable attendance records as outlined in ISG LLC's Employee Handbook.

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and trailers (classes 1 through 8)
  • Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and follow appropriate safety procedures while driving trucks to various assigned destinations
  • Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report to fleet manager if any issues are found
  • Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods when required
  • Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles
  • Perform other duties as assigned and reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:

  • Three (3) years of driving experience required
  • Three (3) years of a clean DMV motor vehicle record required
  • Must posses a valid driver's license, CDL Class A license with haz-mat and tanker endorsement
  • Safe operation of a motor vehicle both on and off road
  • Reliability is an essential function of the job

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position will vary from in and outside of a truck, shop, and multiple job sites.  

Must be able to:

  • Maneuver within the work environment and sit or stand for prolonged periods of time with walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
  • Apply physical mobility, including reaching with hands and arms, lifting, holding, pushing and pulling, carrying, bending, climbing and balancing, kneeling, arm and leg extension
  • Frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
  • Must be able to use hands, fingers, handle and feel, talk and hear and taste or smell
  • Ability to see clearly, identify and distinguish colors, see peripherally, have depth perception and are able to adjust focus
  • Must be able to wear/utilize applicable safety equipment or practices to work in hazardous environments as needed
  • Occasionally lift up to 50+ pounds
  • Loud noise
